For the face scanner: your uploaded photo is passed directly to the Gemini API for real-time analysis and is never written to disk, stored in a database, or retained after the response is returned. We log only the numeric score and detected vibe (no image, no identifying data) for aggregate analytics. We collect IP addresses for rate-limiting purposes only.
We do not store your photos. We do not use your photos to train AI models. We do not sell personal data to third parties. We do not create advertising profiles. We do not require account registration for any core feature.
We use minimal session cookies required for the application to function. We do not use third-party advertising trackers or behavioural analytics cookies. Cloudflare may set a _cflb or _cfuvid cookie for security and performance purposes as part of our hosting infrastructure.
We use Google Gemini API (Google LLC) for AI analysis — images are transmitted to Google's API endpoint and subject to Google's data processing terms. We use Cloudflare (Cloudflare Inc.) for hosting, CDN, and DDoS protection — Cloudflare may process request metadata per their privacy policy.
Aggregate analytics (numeric scores, trend data — no personal or identifying information) are retained indefinitely for product improvement. IP addresses used for rate-limiting are cleared after 24 hours. No photo data is retained at any time.
If you are in the EU or UK, you have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal data we hold about you. As we collect minimal identifying data, there is typically nothing to delete. For requests, contact us at the address below.
